Job Description

  • Build a lead pipeline of prospective Jewellery Retailers/CEOs from the Jewellery sector.
  • Appointment setting with Top Management (relevant experience is 100% must)
  • Use of excellent communication skills (telephone & email etiquettes)
  • Proven sales, marketing and lead generation track record in Jewellery sector
  • To work independently with no supervision and guidance.
  • Staying up-to-date with lead generation strategies in the industry. Believe in Lead Quality rather than Lead Quantity.
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles including lead generation, lead qualification, sales presentations, program sales demonstrations, account-based marketing, running assessments, surveys and evaluations on client site, commercial proposal submissions, contract negotiations, revenue generation.
  • Develop a trusted advisory relationship with client stakeholders, executive sponsors and proactively assess, clarify, and validate client needs on an ongoing basis and convert client needs into enterprise contracts to meet sales targets.
  • Work cross-functionally with business development, marketing, technology, and finance team to ensure the timely and successful delivery of the solutions according to client needs and objectives and services they have enrolled.
  • Go the extra mile to make it a great experience for the entrepreneurs to overcome their challenges, be in a position to give customizable solutions.
  • Create an evaluation strategy based on the needs of the client leveraging qualitative and quantitative measures.
  • Understand the company's offerings and clearly communicate the USP to the client. Consult need-analysis of the prospective clients, present gaps, and sell products based on their needs.
  • Attend conferences and industry events to represent company

 

Compulsory Requirements

  • MBA in Marketing or commensurate experience in the field
  • 3-6 years of professional experience in sales
  • Preferable experience in leading business development vertical in the jewellery industry. 
  • Detailed knowledge of the Retail Jewellery industry is preferable
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Creative and adaptable mindset
  • Excellent communication skills
