Job Responsibilities
· Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
· Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
· Building relationships to drive repeat clientele.
· The Manager is the primary contact for store operations and is responsible to plan, directing and managing team members to meet business objectives. May be responsible for assigning work, reviewing performance, coordinating activities with other departments, approving timekeeping and time off, coaching and disciplining staff.
· Constantly monitor the overall operations of the store that affect sales including customer satisfaction, ambience, cleanliness, and decor and service standards.
· Ensures prompt, friendly service according to company guidelines.
· Ensures the immediate response and correction of all verbal guest complaints by self and staff.
Requirements:
· Three to five years of Jewellery sales experience ·
Proven track record of positive sales performance
· Strong communication skills
· Creating and implementing a sales plan
· Meeting sales goals by monitoring progress
· Analysing sales data
· Management and leadership skills
