Bhima Gold is seeking an experienced Senior Social Media Department Head to lead the brand’s digital presence and social media strategy. The role involves managing the social media team, developing campaign strategies, and ensuring strong online engagement and brand visibility.

Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals. Lead and manage the social media team including designers, writers, and marketing executives. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns and brand promotions. Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics. Manage paid advertising campaigns across social platforms. Collaborate with marketing and creative teams for campaign development. Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across platforms. Identify trends and opportunities to increase brand reach and engagement. Oversee influencer collaborations and partnerships.

5+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing. Proven experience managing brand social media accounts and campaigns. Strong leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of social media analytics, advertising tools, and content strategy. Excellent communication and strategic planning skills.

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or Business Administration. MBA in Marketing or Digital Marketing certifications will be an advantage.
