Position: Customer Service Executive
Location: Dahisar, Mumbai
Experience: 5 Years
Key Responsibilities:

Handle client queries and provide timely updates on jewellery design projects.

Coordinate with the CAD design team to ensure client requirements are met.

Maintain records, manage data, and prepare reports using Excel.

Provide excellent customer service and professional communication.

Ensure smooth workflow and follow-up for domestic and international projects.

Support administrative tasks and online correspondence efficiently.
Job Requirements:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in customer service or related roles.

Strong computer skills, including Excel and full internet proficiency.

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to multitask, organize, and manage client communications professionally.

Experience in jewellery or CAD industry preferred.
Education:
Graduate in any discipline, preferably with coursework or knowledge in computer applications.
