We are looking for Calling Agent- sales(B2B) with minimum of 1+ yrs experience and is responsible for calling a list of potential clients to describe a product or service they might be interested in.
Job Description:
- Should have worked in Outbound Calls.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in English and Hindi
- Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
- Persistent and results-oriented
- Patient and able to handle rejection
- High school diploma; BSc/BA is a plus
- Previous exp with UDAAN, Just Dial, INDIA Mart, BYJUS or E-Commerce brands preferred.
