Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of all jewellery inventory and transactions.
  • Coordinate with the sales and production teams to ensure timely processing of orders.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide support related to jewellery products and services.
  • Prepare and analyze regular reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of efficient back-office processes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Proven experience in a similar back-office role within the jewellery industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of jewellery products, trends, and industry practices is highly desirable.
