Responsibilities:

• Manage and process customer orders efficiently.
• Coordinate with production and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate records of orders and inventory.
• Communicate with customers to update order status or resolve queries.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in order management or a related field is preferred with Jewelry Manufacturing.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, email).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of the jewellery industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
