Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the branch.
• Manage sales activities and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure proper stock management.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail management, preferably in jewellery or luxury retail.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to meet sales targets and handle operational challenges.
• Knowledge of jewellery products is an advantage.
• Minimum 8 years experience in  Retail Jewellery.
