Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive sales training programs tailored to the jewellery industry.
• Conduct training sessions for new hires and ongoing training for existing sales staff.
• Work closely with the sales team to identify training needs and areas for improvement.
• Provide hands-on coaching and mentoring to improve sales performance.
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate relevant information into training materials.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback.
• Collaborate with management to align training goals with business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sales Trainer, ideally within the jewellery industry.
• In-depth knowledge of jewellery products, including gemstones, metals, and design trends.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in using training software and tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
