Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns to promote products.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to stay ahead in the industry.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the jewellery or retail sector.
- Minimum 6 years experience in Jewellery Business Development is needed.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Local candidates or those familiar with the Athani market will be given preference.
- Kannada speaking is necessary.
