Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the Belgaum branch to ensure smooth functioning and customer satisfaction.
• Lead and manage the branch team, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to company standards.
• Drive sales growth through effective marketing and customer engagement strategies.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock management, and procurement processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance brand loyalty.
• Prepare financial reports, set targets, and achieve branch goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management/Administration or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in retail management, preferably in jewelry or luxury goods.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends, develop strategies, and achieve sales targets.
• Proficiency in managing financial reports and inventory systems.
• Knowledge of jewelry products and industry trends is an added advantage.
