Attend walk-in customers and understand their jewellery needs
Showcase gold, diamond, and other jewellery collections
Explain product details such as purity, weight, pricing, making charges, and schemes
Close sales and achieve individual monthly targets
Maintain repeat customer database and follow up for future purchases
Coordinate with billing and inventory teams
Support visual merchandising and showroom upkeep
Requirements
Proven jewellery retail sales experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
