Responsibilities
Design Development
Create original hand sketches for diamond/gold jewellery
Develop new collections as per market demand
Prepare concept boards & theme-based lines
Work closely with CAD team for digital conversion
Trend & Market Research
Study domestic/export market trends
Create festive, bridal & contemporary collections
Analyze competitor designs
Production Feasibility
Ensure weight optimization and practical manufacturability
Guide design team on cost-effective design structuring
Requirements
10+ years jewellery designing experience
Exceptional hand sketching skills
Knowledge of stone setting techniques
Understanding of cost & production limitations
