Counter Sales Executive

• Responsible to attending walk in customers 
• Calculation of Gold valuation pledged by customer. 
• Responsible for accepting and appraising gold jewellery as per company norms 
• Ensuring proper verification and valuation of collateral securities and documents 
• Responsible for Processing/ documentations of loans services 
• Manage Gold Loan records and documents as per company norms 
• Provide good customer service experience while pledging/ releasing / interest payment transactions 
• Responsible for conducting field visits and meeting customers for Loan inquiry 
• Coordinating with Store manager and other sales men 

Qualifications 

Any Degree or Diploma Min 2 to 3 yrs of exp in Gold Loan Management 

Must be computer literate Good communication and pleasing personality
