We are looking to hire CRM Analyst for our Regional office in Noida.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Serve as CRM lead and manage day-to-day operation of CRM and CDP databases
- Work closely with Ticketing and Partnership on a daily basis to load leads, manage sales and service campaigns, and automate sales flows
- Develop efforts to maintain, clean, assist, innovate flows, and grow CRM and CDP databases
- Develop and implement training materials for staff, including leading recurring training sessions
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to senior leadership with the purpose of informing future sales and service strategies
- Work closely with Analytics and Marketing team to assist in database segmentation
- Support and innovate on-going revenue and database modeling efforts
- Work closely with all departments to dive deep into data and provide executive staff with actionable insights
- Develop innovative dashboards and database automations that can easily tell a complex story to decision makers
- Assist with everyday processes and other long-term projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in business, marketing, or statistics
- Experience in sales, customer support, or market analysis
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years experience in relevant field
- Product administration and computer skills
- It will be necessary to train coworkers at all levels to boost adoption.
- You must be self-motivated, eager to see results, and fascinated by data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent investigation and analytical abilities
