Job Description
We are hiring Asst. Manager - CRM for our Regional office in Noida.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for monitoring & handling all activities related to CRM software, training CRM staff and coordinating with stores.
- Should be able to acquire data from various data sources and weave the together to gain singular view of customer
- Should act as the single point of contact for all data requirements in the Marketing Department.
- Work on Call Centre data's to convert it into a leads.
Responsible for solving system issues/errors or complaints received from the stores related to performance of CRM software and get them resolved with the help of IT Dept.
- Work with Marketing and IT teams, vendors to improve customer retention and lifetime value as a cohesive brand
- Drive acquisition and customer engagement touchpoints.
- Ability to Manage Bharath Matrimony leads and connect to stores for further follow up.
- Generate overdue reports and coordinate with stores to clear them.
Requirements:
- Min 3 to 5 of years experience in CRM campaign design in relevant industry.
- Should have good communication in English language.
- Strong problem solving skills and proven ability of data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent MS Excel skills.
- Good data comprehension and communication skills.
