Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive with 2 years of experience in customer management.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinating and multi-tasking job duties in a busy environment.
• Welcome guests during check-in and give a fond farewell to guests while checkout.
• Handling guest complaints and concerns in an efficient and timely manner.
• Assigning rooms and taking care of administrative duties.
• Delivering emails and messages.
• Telephonic Calls Handling.
• Good Knowledge of Computers.
• Attend to guests courteously and deal promptly with their requests and queries.
Desired skills:
• Active listening skills are crucial for all customer service and salespeople.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Understand Your Customer
Requirements:
•Experience in Aviation /Hotel or Hospital industries are Welcome.
• Should have professional acumen, pleasant behavior, and expertise in customer relations.
Educational Qualification:
Should have at least Plus two / Diploma(Hospitality / Technical) / Graduation.
