Customer Service Executive

We are hiring for Customer Service Executive with 1-2 years of experience in  sales and service.

Responsibilities:

· Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or services

· Answer questions about products or the company 

· Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales

 . Speak to the customer and covert the potential customers to sale and attend the customer from start to end, from sales to dispatch of the product 

· Enter and update customer information in the database 

· Take and process orders in an accurate manner 

Requirements:

 · Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects · Excellent knowledge of English

 · Excellent communication and interpersonal skill 

 Experience: 1 to 2 Years in customer service and sales
