Deputy Manager/Manager - Marketing

We are looking for Deputy Manager or Manager for Marketing team.

Job description

 Responsibilities:

• Manage the regional polymer sales activities for the allocated territories/customers
• Achievement of territory sales targets.
• Plan and execute MoU for the territory.
• Manage all assigned channel partner activities for achieving sales targets, ensuring statutory compliances and timely disbursement of incentives to customers.
• Build and manage long-term customer relationship for sustainable business.
• Monitor & Track competitors activities, market intelligence, analyse end-use market, sectorial study and submit timely MIS reports.
• Know-how of Competitor, Customer and End-user's business dynamics & moves and suggest suitable actions.

Competencies Required in Performing the Job:

• Channel Partner Management (Ensure proper deployment channel partner manpower, Credit limit, governance issues like passing credit notes, ensure statutory compliance.
• Planning & Organizing ( Sales to Customers, customer visit, MoU planning & tie-up, managing stock-point sales).
• Decision Making (Making reasonable and timely decisions in an environment of uncertainty, risk and competition)
• Impactful Communication (Communicating at the right time with internal & external stakeholders)

Developing connection with trade associations, customers, importers, business stakeholders
