• Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Managing the recruitment and selection process
• Setting up Standard Operating Procedures for the entire team
• Setting up KRAs and KPIs for departments and team members
• Overseeing the administration of human resource policies, procedures and programs in areas such as compensation, benefits, training and development and performance management systems.
• Nurturing a positive working environment
• Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or any other issues
