Devji Jobs: Manual Jewelry Designer in Bahrain

Devji is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Manual Jewellery Designer to craft innovative, culturally inspired, and market-fit jewellery concepts. The role requires strong artistic abilities, an understanding of luxury design trends, and the ability to translate ideas into accurate hand-sketched designs for production. Prefer someone with previous working experience as Manual Designer in Middle East

* Create high-quality manual sketches for gold & diamond jewellery collections. * Develop new concepts, motifs, and design themes aligned with Devji’s brand aesthetics. * Prepare detailed orthographic/technical sketches for manufacturing. * Collaborate with CAD, product development & merchandising teams. * Modify designs based on market trends, customer preferences, and feedback. * Ensure design feasibility, maintaining precision in proportions, stone settings & craftsmanship. * Work on custom orders, translating client requirements into sketches. * Maintain an updated portfolio of design ideas, themes, and seasonal concepts.

* 3–7 years of experience as a Manual Designer in gold & diamond jewellery. * Strong sketching skills (pencil, shading, detailing). * Deep understanding of global & Middle East jewellery trends. * Knowledge of manufacturing processes (casting, setting, finishing). * Ability to think creatively and deliver unique concepts consistently. * Good communication & teamwork skills. Prefer someone with previous working experience as Manual Designer in Middle East

Diploma/Certification in Jewellery Design (Manual) from a recognized institute. Additional training in gemology, design principles, or jewellery manufacturing is a plus.
