We are hiring an experienced Manual + Coral Designer for gold jewellery manufacturing in Bahrain. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in hand sketching, coral work, and traditional manual designing, with a basic understanding of CAD concepts to collaborate smoothly with production and CAD teams.
Preference will be given to candidates with prior UAE/Gulf jewellery experience, who understand export-quality standards and timelines.

Responsibilities
Design & Development
Create detailed manual jewellery designs and coral models for gold jewellery
Translate design concepts into production-ready designs
Work closely with the production team to ensure design feasibility
Modify and refine designs based on technical, cost, or manufacturing feedback
Coordination & Execution
Collaborate with CAD designers and production teams for accurate execution
Ensure designs align with market trends, export standards, and client requirements
Maintain consistency in design quality and finishing
Quality & Compliance
Ensure designs meet international jewellery quality standards
Support sampling, approvals, and final production processes
Maintain documentation and design references when required
Requirements
4–8 years of experience as a Manual / Coral Designer in gold jewellery
Strong expertise in hand sketching & coral jewellery design
Working knowledge of CAD concepts (Matrix / Rhino understanding preferred)
Hands-on experience with gold jewellery manufacturing workflows
UAE or Gulf jewellery experience preferred
Ability to design for export and high-quality commercial production
