Design & Development Create detailed manual jewellery designs and coral models for gold jewellery Translate design concepts into production-ready designs Work closely with the production team to ensure design feasibility Modify and refine designs based on technical, cost, or manufacturing feedback Coordination & Execution Collaborate with CAD designers and production teams for accurate execution Ensure designs align with market trends, export standards, and client requirements Maintain consistency in design quality and finishing Quality & Compliance Ensure designs meet international jewellery quality standards Support sampling, approvals, and final production processes Maintain documentation and design references when required

4–8 years of experience as a Manual / Coral Designer in gold jewellery Strong expertise in hand sketching & coral jewellery design Working knowledge of CAD concepts (Matrix / Rhino understanding preferred) Hands-on experience with gold jewellery manufacturing workflows UAE or Gulf jewellery experience preferred Ability to design for export and high-quality commercial production

Diploma / Certification in Jewellery Designing Formal education is flexible for candidates with strong hands-on experience
