Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in processing orders, tracking shipments, and managing inventory.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Back Officer or similar role in the jewellery industry.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in using MS Office applications and CRM software.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of jewellery manufacturing processes and materials is a plus.
