Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in processing orders, tracking shipments, and managing inventory.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information about our products.
• Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
• Prepare sales reports, analyze data, and provide insights to enhance sales performance.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
• Support the sales team in achieving targets and maximizing revenue.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Back Officer or similar role in the jewellery industry.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in using MS Office applications and CRM software.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of jewellery manufacturing processes and materials is a plus.
