Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of jewelry pieces, including their procurement, sales, and current stock levels.
- Order Processing: Assist in processing customer orders, from initial inquiry through to delivery, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
- Financial Accounting: Handle daily accounting tasks, including invoice processing, expense tracking, and preparing financial reports.
- Supplier Coordination: Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of materials and manage related accounts.
- Customer Service Support: Provide back-end support for customer service inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and payments.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and prepare regular reports on inventory and financial status for management review.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the jewelry or luxury goods industry.
- Skills:
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with an aptitude for precision.
- Passionate about jewelry and providing high-quality service.
- Language: Fluency in English and Hindi is essential.
