Represent the Gehna brand by interacting with clients, and assisting them in choosing jewelry that meets their preferences. • Build rapport with potential walk-in clients and develop lasting relationships to encourage repeat business. • Execute daily opening and closing procedures, ensuring proper paperwork and reconciliation at the end of each day. • Follow up with clients on customization orders, ensuring timely updates and clear communication throughout the design and production process. • Coordinate with the design team to relay client preferences and special requests for custom jewelry pieces. • Collaborate with the dispatch team to manage timely deliveries, shipping, and receiving, including tagging merchandise and handling transfers. • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, purchases, and orders in the CRM system. • Send clients their account statements, including details of purchases, custom orders, and payment history. • Proactively assist in store maintenance, ensuring the store is well-organized and visually appealing.
