Responsibilities

• Assist customers in choosing lab-grown diamond jewelry by providing detailed product knowledge and guidance.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure a high level of satisfaction through excellent service.
• Maintain store visual standards, ensuring all products are displayed attractively and accurately labeled.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
• Handle inquiries related to lab-grown diamonds, such as their quality, sustainability, and advantages over mined diamonds.
• Process payments, manage inventory, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Stay updated on jewelry trends, especially in the lab-grown diamond industry, to better assist customers.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience in jewelry, with specific expertise in lab-grown diamonds preferred.
• Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored advice.
• Sales Driven: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Product Knowledge: Familiarity with diamonds (4Cs), lab-grown vs. natural diamonds, and jewelry designs is required.
• Communication Skills: Fluent in English and Tamil; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to handle high-value products with care and accuracy.
