Job description

We're looking for a General Manager to join our team at Rajkumar Jewellers (P) LTD, who will answer client problems and provide solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Present and market the company's products and services to prospective and current consumers.
• By the deadline, achieve the agreed-upon sales goals.
• Respond to client questions and complaints.
• Make follow-up appointments with customers to keep them informed about new developments.
• Create sales collateral to hand out to potential consumers.
• Establishing contacts and cultivating relationships with clients are two ways to sell products.
• In the showroom, you're in charge of all point-of-sale activities.

Qualifications: 

• 5+years of Prior work experience in sales, customer service, or a similar sector is preferred.
• Knowledge of the Jewellery Industry
• Ability to establish a rapport with customers
• Exceptional negotiating skills
• A deadline-driven, detail-oriented person.
