Gold Loan Officer

We are looking for candidates with Gold loan experience at Manager/Executive positions.

Responsibilities

• Should have knowledge of gold testing.
• Managing gold valuation with black stone, salt water & nitric acid.
• Managing in identification of carat after the above testing.
• Manage and oversee the daily leads and follow up
• Monitor and analyse gold loan lead data and plan strategies
• Establish and enforce proper gold loan lead generation, follow up and success strategies
• Monitor and guide to the CRM teams/tele callers for day to day operations
• Coordinate with internal departments
• Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
• maintain a good relationship with customers for reference.
• coordinate with the manager and central team for loan approval
   

Requirements

• Candidate must have previous experience in gold loan valuation.
• Graduate with 5 years of relevant experience in Jewellery industry.
• Excellent communication skills with local language.
