• Perform scanning and organizing of design sheets, product images, and related documents. • Format product data, images, and technical information into structured templates or presentations. • Create visually appealing presentations and product catalogues for customer sharing. • Edit and enhance product images using Adobe Photoshop to meet brand and presentation standards. • Maintain updated product records, image libraries, and data archives. • Coordinate with the design, marketing, and sales teams for required content and approvals. • Use Microsoft Excel for data management, pricing sheets, and product tracking. • Support general administrative and back-office tasks related to product data and documentation.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar data admin or creative support role, preferably in the jewelry or design industry. • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. • Good understanding of image formats, resolutions, and file organization. • Ability to create clean, professional, and visually engaging presentations. • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. • Good communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
