Responsibilities:

 

  • Must have experience in Call Center handling inbound & Outbound calls.
  • Previous experience in Customer support/Call center will be preferred. 
  • Customer handling experience. 
  • Exposure to Call Centre dashboards would be advantage. 
  • Ability to determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. 
  • Prior experience in handling CRM will be an added advantage.
