We are a leading Jewellery Manufacturer based in Mumbai, seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. 

 

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for expanding our presence in the international market and driving sales growth for our exquisite jewellery products.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to penetrate international markets and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify potential clients, build strong relationships, and present our jewellery collections to key decision makers.
  • Conduct market research to identify new market trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis.
  • Collaborate with the design and production team to ensure timely delivery of customized jewellery orders to international clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
  • Stay updated with industry developments, trade shows, and exhibitions to identify new business opportunities.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the jewellery industry, with a focus on international markets.
  • Strong knowledge of international market dynamics, trends, and customer preferences.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Ability to travel internationally for client meetings, trade shows, and exhibitions as required.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English is essential. Knowledge of additional languages would be an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
