• Company Policy-Addition / Deletion / Amendment / Alteration and also Update the same to Employees
• Generate Report Daily From System Leave Management
• Salary Working- Payment & Deduction- Make Salary On Time
• Proper Deduction Of PF / ESIC / PT / TDS On Salary / MLWF / Loan / Advance
• Payroll Knowledge along with Tally Payroll
• Opening Salary Account of New Employees
• Employee Documentation
• Coordinating with employees for their issues and solving their problem
• Drafting Letters
• Making Statutory Payment on Time I.e PF / ESI / PT / TDS / MLWF
• Email work
• Providing high level administrative & executive assistance to Managing partners.
• Handling personal and official confidential documentation for Managing partners.
