Job Description
Key Role
The Jewellery Operations ensures all jewelry operations are smooth and efficient running. They are responsible for managing inventory, overseeing production processes, coordinating with sales experts, and factory managing quality control to ensure all designs are produced to a high standard and are delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products
· Monitor production processes to ensure timely and efficient completion of order.
· Manage Quality Control Processes to ensure all products meet the Company’s High Standards
· Develop and maintain the Production schedules (Timelines)
· Identify Opportunities for Process improvements and implement changes and discuss with the team.
· Coordinates With the Factory to Ensure Timely Delivery of products
Requirements
· Any graduates
· Minimum 1 Year of Experience
· Have a Basics Knowledge of Jewellery
· Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to manage work collaboratively with others.
*Expected CTC - 3.6 Lacs
