We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Back Officer to join our dynamic team in SEEPZ, Mumbai. 

As a Sales Back Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring smooth operations within our  Jewellery division.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team with back-end operations, including order processing, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
• Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, records, and customer databases.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide effective after-sales support.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless and efficient sales process.
• Coordinate with various departments to resolve any customer issues or concerns.
• Assist in organizing sales events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' products to provide valuable insights.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the fine jewellery industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and CRM software.
• Attention to detail and dedication to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
