Job Description

We are looking for a CRM Specialist with strong Salesforce experience to manage, optimize, and scale our customer relationship management systems. This role will support sales, marketing, and client services by ensuring accurate data, meaningful insights, and well-executed customer journeys.

Responsibilities

CRM Management & Data Ownership
Own and manage the complete customer database within Salesforce
Ensure accuracy, hygiene, and consistency of customer data across systems
Integrate and sync data between Salesforce, Shopify, and the ERP system
System Integration & Operations
Oversee data flow between CRM, e-commerce (Shopify), and production ERP
Troubleshoot system inconsistencies and coordinate with tech/vendors when required
Maintain structured workflows for customer lifecycle management
Reporting & Analytics
Build and maintain dashboards and reports for sales, marketing, and management teams
Analyze customer behavior, purchase patterns, and lifecycle metrics
Provide actionable insights to improve conversion, retention, and LTV
CRM Architecture & Development
Design and implement CRM structures, pipelines, and workflows
Support automation initiatives (email flows, segmentation, triggers, etc.)
Continuously optimize CRM processes as HOQ scales
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with retail, marketing, e-commerce, and operations teams
Support campaign execution through segmentation and data extraction
Enable sales teams with structured customer insights and tracking

Requirements

- 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce CRM experience - Strong understanding of CRM data management, segmentation, and reporting - Experience supporting sales and marketing teams in a retail or luxury environment - Comfortable working with customer data, analytics, and performance metrics - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Clear communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
