Customer Service & Sales Welcome customers warmly and provide a premium in-store shopping experience. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate jewellery products or collections. Explain product details such as design, metal type, gemstone quality, and pricing. Assist customers in selecting jewellery for occasions like weddings, gifting, and daily wear. Achieve individual sales targets and support the store in meeting overall sales goals. Product Knowledge & Presentation Maintain strong knowledge of jewellery collections, product features, and pricing. Ensure jewellery displays are organized, attractive, and aligned with brand standards. Assist in showcasing new collections and promotional offers. Customer Relationship Management Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases. Maintain customer records and follow up on inquiries and leads. Handle customer queries and provide prompt solutions. Store Operations Support Assist with inventory checks, stock handling, and product tagging. Support billing and payment processes during customer transactions. Ensure the store environment remains clean, organized, and welcoming. Follow company policies, safety procedures, and operational guidelines.
