Job Description
Anmol Swarn is looking to hire HR Executive for their Bangalore Location.
Responsibilities
- Design compensation and benefits packages
- Implement performance review procedures as discussed with the HR Manager/Management team
- Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees/workers understand and comply with them
- Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques for future hire
- Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
- Monitor HR department’s budget on a regular basis
- Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues for the unit
- Manage employees’ grievances
- Create and run referral bonus programs in coordination with Marketing team
- Review current HR technology and recommend more effective softwares, Job Boards etc
- Measure employee retention and turnover /attrition rates
- Oversee daily operations of the HR department for the Unit
Requirements
- Proven work experience as an HR Executive in similar Industry is preferred
- Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Experience/Understanding of full-cycle recruiting process
- Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves/grievances and insurance)
- Demonstrable leadership abilities
- Decent communication skills in English, Kannada/Hindi Preferred
- Graduate degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field
