Job Description

Anmol Swarn is looking to hire HR Executive for their Bangalore Location.

 

Responsibilities

  • Design compensation and benefits packages
  • Implement performance review procedures  as discussed with the HR Manager/Management team
  • Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees/workers understand and comply with them
  • Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques for future hire
  • Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
  • Monitor HR department’s budget on a regular basis
  • Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues for the unit
  • Manage employees’ grievances
  • Create and run referral bonus programs in coordination with Marketing team
  • Review current HR technology and recommend more effective softwares, Job Boards etc
  • Measure employee retention and turnover /attrition rates
  • Oversee daily operations of the HR department for the Unit

 

Requirements 

  • Proven work experience as an HR Executive in similar Industry is preferred
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS)  and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Experience/Understanding of  full-cycle recruiting process
  • Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves/grievances and insurance)
  • Demonstrable leadership abilities
  • Decent communication skills in English, Kannada/Hindi Preferred
  • Graduate degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field
