We are looking for a HR Executive who are Experienced in HR Statutories with good communication for Mumbai Location to attract top talent and recruit best candidates.

Job Description:

• Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns.
• Design and update job descriptions.
• Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.
• Coordinating hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
• Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine fit.
• Secure candidates from offers negotiation to on boarding.
• Ensure all the positions are closed within the TAT assigned.
• Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means.
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.

Requirements:

• Minimum  2 years of recruiting experience.
• Good eye for talent with ability to quickly screen resumes to identify fit.
• Track Record in sourcing and attracting right talents.
• Sharp interview skills with ability to screen for both technical and cultural qualities.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
