We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executives to join our store in Bandra West. The role involves assisting customers, driving sales, and delivering an excellent in-store shopping experience while maintaining brand standards.
Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Service
Greet customers and understand their requirements
Assist customers with product selection and styling advice
Achieve monthly sales targets and support store revenue growth
Handle billing, returns, and exchanges smoothly
Store Operations
Maintain neat product displays and store cleanliness
Ensure correct tagging, pricing, and stock placement
Support visual merchandising activities
Assist with stock inward, outward, and stock checks
Customer Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with walk-in customers
Handle queries and complaints politely and professionally
Encourage repeat visits and referrals
Requirements
Experience in retail sales preferred (fashion / jewellery / lifestyle)
Good communication skills in English & Hindi (additional languages a plus)
Presentable appearance and positive attitude
Sales-oriented mindset with strong customer-handling skills
Willingness to work on weekends and holidays
