Job Description
Kira Diam LLP is looking for an experienced and driven Sales Team Lead to manage and mentor a sales team for our diamond and jewelry business. The role involves leading the team to achieve sales targets, driving business growth, and maintaining strong client relationships, primarily catering to international or night-shift operations.
Responsibilities
i.Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
ii.Monitor daily sales activities, performance, and target achievement of team members.
iii.Generate new business opportunities and support the team in client acquisition and closures.
iv.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and high-value accounts.
v.Ensure proper understanding and selling of certified loose diamonds and jewelry products.
vi.Coordinate with internal teams (merchandising, operations, and design) for smooth order execution.
vii.Review CRM data, sales pipeline, and provide regular performance reports to management.
viii.Train and guide the team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer handling.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales with at least 1–2 years in a team handling or lead role.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Target-driven mindset with the ability to drive team performance.
Good knowledge of CRM systems and sales reporting.
Experience in diamond, jewelry, or luxury goods industry preferred.
Willingness to work night shift.
