Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting jewellery/products based on their preferences
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store revenue
Upsell and cross-sell products effectively

Provide personalized service and build strong customer relationships
Ensure a welcoming and professional store environment
Handle customer queries and provide accurate product information

Maintain product displays and visual merchandising standards
Assist in stock handling, tagging, and inventory checks
Support billing and packaging processes

Actively engage walk-in customers
Ensure grooming and brand presentation standards are maintained
Requirements
1ā4 years of retail / sales experience (Jewellery preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-centric approach with a sales-driven mindset
Male candidates preferred as per requirement
