Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to lead showroom operations, drive sales performance, and ensure an exceptional customer experience in a premium jewellery retail environment.
The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, jewellery retail knowledge, and the ability to manage store operations, team performance, inventory, and customer relationships effectively.
Responsibilities
š¬ Store Operations Management
Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing procedures
Ensure all store security protocols and operational SOPs are followed
Maintain showroom cleanliness, product presentation, and visual merchandising standards
Monitor overall store performance and operational efficiency
š Inventory & Stock Management
Manage inventory levels and ensure stock availability
Conduct regular stock audits and stock reconciliation
Coordinate repair, return, and replacement of damaged jewellery items
Ensure proper handling and security of jewellery inventory
š„ Team Handling & Staff Management
Train, supervise, and motivate store staff
Ensure team members possess strong product knowledge and customer service skills
Monitor staff performance and provide regular feedback and guidance
Maintain discipline, grooming, and professionalism within the team
š Sales & Revenue Generation
Achieve monthly and annual store sales targets
Develop and implement innovative sales strategies
Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Expand clientele by generating leads and acquiring new customers
Monitor sales performance and conversion metrics regularly
š¤ Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
Provide personalized service to premium and HNI customers
š Reporting & Business Development
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and activity reports
Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities
Share business insights and recommendations with management
Support business development planning and strategy initiatives
Requirements
2ā3 years of experience in jewellery retail showroom management
Experience as Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager / Floor Manager preferred
Strong understanding of jewellery retail operations and sales
Excellent leadership and customer management skills
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
