Logistics Admin Executive

Responsibilities: 

• Package the goods and process the shipments 
• Ensure 100% correct customs documentation in both export and import countries Ensure the packages are cleared in customs 
• Clear customs and deliver the goods to the courier company as required 
• Try to communicate with multiple courier vendors/custom officials to get our parcels delivered on time 
• Build relationships with the courier vendors/custom officials to get seamless package delivery 
• Pass on any documents or info required by courier services to get our packages cleared by customs 
• Collect stones from the supplier as and when needed. 
• Be a team player and support the team in their endeavors and scale new highs 

Required Skills And Experiences 

3+ years of experience in logistics or admin roles 

Comfortable in doing flexible shifts 

Quick witted,street smart,Self-motivated and can-do attitude 

Great Attention to detail 

Good communication with spoken fluency in English/Gujarati will be added bonus 

Can communicate proficiently in Hindi to deal with customs 

Can follow steps and guidelines diligently 

Customs and export/import experience is a major plus 

Humble, honest, trustworthy and Shows respect & appreciation for every person 

Takes 100% responsibility with a can-do attitude - Does not blame, complain, criticize, or condemn 

Is persuasive in getting things done by courier services and customs officials Comfortable in a admin job 

 Knowledge of diamonds would be an added advantage
