Huge Hiring for US Customer Service at Gurugram Work from Office which includes 5 days working + Fixed US Shifts
Responsibilities:
- Experienced in Freight Brokerage in the US(Rail/Road)
- Knowledge of Logistics Terminology & Contract Negotiation Skills to manage daily work.
- Delivery monitoring & fulfillment.
- Assist in overall Site Procurement requirements for both Direct & Indirect materials
- Assist with Logistics documentation/delivery tracking/receiving
- Ensures timely and fast deliveries of ordered materials
- Tracks order acknowledgement, prepares and communicates shortage and backlog reports, and provides visibility of potential interruptions to internal customers
- Tracks Site orders and confirms lead times, delivery dates, and costs
- Reviews, updates, and maintains purchase orders until they are closed
- Ensures Site orders adhere to supplier agreements and contracts
Desired Candidate Profile -
- Graduates with Excellent communication skills-Spoken writing & reading .
- Experienced in Logistics are welcomed. (Min 1 year experience on Paper).
- Freshers can also apply .
- Comfortable with night shifts.
Timings- 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM (Summers)
6:30 PM to 3:30 AM(Winters)
Working Days- 5. Days
(Saturday & Sunday Fixed off )
