Job Description:
• Represent the Gehna brand by interacting with clients in the sale of jewelry.
• Assist clients with Customer Service needs maintaining the brand’s high standards.
• Develop rapport and relationships with potential walk-in clients.
• Input sales slips; merchandise credits, repairs, and consignments, as well as maintaining cash, and drawers for sales.
• Ensure that respective departments have sales data that is legible and complete, permitting correct entry into the computer system.
• On a daily basis, utilize appropriate opening and closing procedures and provide proper end-of-day paperwork to support system transactions.
• Inventory control and follow-up.
• May be required to handle shipping/receiving (which includes tagging merchandise and transfers) and/or gift-wrapping.
Desired Experience & Expectations:
• Strong understanding of customer Service needs and customer priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and computer skills are needed.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to build strong relationships with peers and clients alike.
• Flexibility with meeting scheduling needs of the retail environment needed.
