Job Description
We are looking for a data-driven Marketing Analytics & CRM Executive to manage campaign tracking, customer journeys, and performance analysis across digital channels. The role will play a critical part in optimizing marketing efforts, improving conversion rates, and driving revenue through data insights and automation.
Responsibilities
š Marketing Tracking & Analytics
Manage and monitor marketing analytics across platforms (GA4, Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads)
Ensure accurate tracking of campaigns using UTM parameters
Track key metrics such as CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and customer behavior
š Tracking & Tech Integration
Set up and maintain tracking systems using Google Tag Manager
Ensure proper implementation of pixels, events, and conversion tracking
Coordinate with website and tech teams for seamless data flow
š¬ CRM & Customer Journeys
Manage CRM platforms (WhatsApp, Email, SMS) for customer engagement
Create and optimize automated flows such as Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Repeat Purchase, etc.
Segment customers based on behavior, lifecycle, and purchase patterns
š Reporting & Dashboards
Build and maintain dashboards using Looker Studio or similar tools
Generate weekly/monthly marketing performance reports
Provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness

Campaign Planning & Execution
Maintain marketing calendar and execution trackers
Coordinate with marketing and design teams for campaign rollouts
š Funnel Optimization
Analyze customer journeys and identify drop-off points
Suggest and implement improvements to increase conversions and retention
Requirements
2ā5 years of experience in marketing analytics, CRM, or performance marketing
Hands-on experience with Shopify and digital marketing tools
Strong understanding of campaign tracking, UTM structures, and attribution
Experience with CRM tools like Klaviyo, WebEngage, Interakt, or similar
Good analytical skills with ability to interpret data and provide insights
Basic understanding of pixels, events, and tracking systems
