Lukson Jewels is redefining luxury in the fine jewelry space with sustainable, lab-grown diamonds. We are building a strong omnichannel presence through premium partnerships, D2C platforms, and leading online marketplaces.
Responsibilities
- Marketplace Management: Manage listings, pricing, product uploads, catalog accuracy, and SEO optimization across platforms.
- Sales & Growth: Drive revenue growth by monitoring KPIs (GMV, conversions, CTR, ROI), analyzing trends, and optimizing performance.
- Campaigns & Promotions: Coordinate with marketplaces on promotional campaigns, ad placements, and seasonal offers.
- Inventory & Operations: Ensure accurate stock sync, timely order fulfillment, and returns management in collaboration with operations/logistics teams.
- Content & Branding: Work with the design and content team to maintain premium branding standards across product images, descriptions, and creatives.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track sales performance, prepare weekly/monthly dashboards, and recommend strategies for improving market share.
- Competition Tracking: Monitor competitor activity, pricing strategies, and product launches to identify opportunities.
- Customer Experience: Liaise with customer service to ensure queries and complaints from marketplace orders are resolved promptly.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace management, preferably in jewelry, luxury, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, SEO, pricing, and merchandising.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and marketplace dashboards (Amazon Seller Central, Nykaa Partner Portal, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics and brand positioning.
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
