We are looking for a CRM & Sales Executive to manage customer relationships, handle sales inquiries, and convert leads into loyal customers. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in retail or jewellery sales, strong communication skills, and familiarity with CRM tools.

Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer inquiries via WhatsApp, calls, website chat, and social media
Convert leads into sales and upsell jewellery products
Manage and update customer data on CRM software
Follow up with customers for repeat purchases and engagement
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for order fulfillment
Maintain customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships
Requirements
1–3 years experience in retail, jewellery, fashion, or lifestyle sales
Experience using CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Shopify CRM, or similar)
Excellent communication and customer handling skills
Sales-driven mindset with ability to close deals
Comfortable working in a fast-paced D2C startup environment
