Responsibilities

- Responsible for all GR functions of the store and strategically plan for upscale customer service.
- Understand customers’ buying patterns and preferences.
- Manage front office and customer relations sections and delegate responsibilities efficiently.
- Overall responsibility of all customer complaints resolution and rectification.
- Develop High Net-worth Individual (HNI) customer network.
- Monitor customer satisfaction reports and trends.
- Ensure the grooming and training of Guest relationship executives.
- Responsible for In-store engagement activities.
