Job Responsibilities

• Planning and coordinating with sales & marketing team and Brand Manager about the Requirement.
• Independently managing a Production Team with proper monitoring and ensuring in time. 
• Job completion as per required quality standard, as per Customer’s specification.
• Activities resulting in maximization of design offering and sample quality.
• Develop an entire range keeping in mind the international design and latest trend.
• Planning and coordinating sampling activities, by handling Model maker (Silver, Wax, Copper), CAD operators and CAM loading and unloading activities and handling handmade department for new sample products.
• Aiming at improvement and further development of the product line.
• Continually improve the operations time, cost and delivery standards of the manufacturing function to ensure overall manufacturing efficiency through quality maximization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 10 years in Production experience in Jewellery industry.
• Strong organizational and managerial skills.
